Shipping
What are the delivery time frames?
Hi! Our delivery timelines are anywhere between 2-10 days depending on the delivery location.
We ship with DHL Express or FEDEX
Please note that we take 2-7 days to make and process you order before shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide from India.
Due to ongoing regional airspace restrictions and transport disruptions, some of our shipping carriers have temporarily suspended or limited international delivery services to parts of the Middle East.
As a result, deliveries to certain destinations in the region may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
This situation is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice. Our shipping carriers are actively monitoring the situation and will resume normal services once restrictions are lifted and secure transport routes become available.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing additional time for delivery during this period.
Where do you ship from?
All our garments are designed, made and shipped from India.
We manufacture everything in house and all our garments are made to order.
Will I be charged for duties and taxes outside of India?
Customs fees and import taxes are determined by each country's local customs authority. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
If payment of additional fees is required, you will be contacted by your local customs authority or the courier once the parcel reaches the destination country.
At this time we are unable to send out any packages Duties paid.
Please note: If this fee is refused to be paid by the customer, the order will be returned to us and we will deduct USD 30 (excluding original shipping fees) before refunding the amount to you for your order as this amount goes to our shipping carrier for the return delivery.

How do I find my perfect size?
For sizing you can refer to our size chart here
Model sizing: Our model usually wears a size S and her measurements are 32-25-36 in inches
We understand that every body is different and we pride ourselves for our inclusive sizing so in case you don't relate to our size chart or have special sizing requirements, please dont hesistate to contact us via email info@s-ane.in or DM @s.ane.in to let us know your measurements for sizing help or if you would like us to make our design in your measurements.
Since we do everything made to order, we are more than happy to make garments according to your measurements.
Where are the garments manufactured?
All our garments are manufactured in house in our own production unit in India. Our small team of 4 consists of pattern makers, tailors and artisans that are highly skilled in their profession.
Our unit makes sure our employees are able to work in a safe, friendly and respected environment where the rest of our team - designers, founder and packaging team also work.
We also source all our fabrics/deadstock material from local markets in India with retailers and shops that we have build long term relationships with.
Do you re-stock items?
We make everything in limited quantities. Our Heritier collection is made in extremely limited quantities- some pieces are one of one per design. This depends on the deadstock fabrics we are able to source and subject to availability and once sold, we might never be able to re stock some designs. Hence, we encourage you to buy your favourites when they are launched and as soon as possible.
Some designs and swim may be restocked subject to availability. You can always drop us a message to inquire about this.
Why are some pieces available in only one or two quantites?
We design some pieces as one of one per design. Meaning we are only able to make and sell one product of this design for one customer. This is mainly a part of our deadstock fabric collection where we source old fabrics and sarees to up cycle them and make new designs.
What is deadstock?
Leftover fabrics from mills, women's closets and shops that are never used in production, which are often repurposed for sustainable fashion.
Deadstock can indicate fabrics, trims or old sarees which we ethically repurpose to make new designs.
These are fabrics that ended up either not going to the intended buyer at all or not being made into finished garments. We also source sarees that have been in womens' wardrobes in India for years and have served their purpose as a saree.
Historically, most of these deadstock fabrics and sarees would be simply thrown away, eventually making their way into landfills.
However, many deadstock fabrics are perfectly usable and high-quality fabrics that it would be a shame to toss!
Deadstock materials are quality checked before use and only non defected items are sourced for production.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
As all our clothing items are made to order and specifically made for you, we cannot accept returns.
We are only able to accept a return of our items in case there is a defect in the item sent to you.
In case we mess up sizing or send you the wrong item, please reach out to us via our contact page or email at info.s-ane.in so we can make it right.
We highly encourage customers to shop consciously and to re-check their sizing before placing orders or reach out to us for sizing and fit queries.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment due to tarrifs and high shipping costs for the items to come back to us.

Do you have a physical store where I can try your clothes on?
S-ANE is exclusively online! We might be participating in a pop up or retailer store exhibit near you so please regularly keep an eye on our Instagram page @s.ane.in for updates on the same.
Payments
What payments methods do you accept? - Worldwide
We accept all major VISA, Mastercard and Amex cards. Please note: your card should have a 3D secure feature. If not, please try another card to complete payment.
We also acccept payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
For PayPal you can use the Express Checkout with Paypal option or via the Razorpay gateway
For Apple pay, please use the Razorpay Gateway.
Please note: At checkout the final price will be shown in USD
What payment methods do you accept? - India
We can accept all major cards issued in India or Internationally.
If you would like more options for payment and to pay in INR, kindly DM us on Instagram at @s.ane.in and we will get back asap.
You can pay via UPI, Google pay or QR code scanner and we can also accept all major wallets as well once you get in touch with us.
We can also help with INR pricing conversions.
Can I place an order via Instagram?
Yes! We can accept all orders via our Instagram account @s.ane.in
Please verify that you are in touch with our official page that is @s.ane.in as there are multiple scam accounts that may be impersonating us. If you have any doubt that you are not in contact with the right page, please verify with us over email at info@s-ane.in and we can help you there.
You can simply DM us with your cart screenshot or names and sizing of the products that you wish to purchase and we can send you a razorpay or paypal link, whichever ypayment method you prefer, where you can then pay and confirm you order.
How can I use my store credit or gift card?
Once your store credit or gift card has been processed, you will receive an email with a unique code that is redeemable at the checkout in the discount code section.
We request you to store this code carefully and not share with anyone as it is only valid once.
