Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges only for Indian orders. You can return your item(s) by reaching out to us within 7 days of when your order was received (INDIA only). You must obtain a return authorisation from us before proceeding. To do this, email us at info@s-ane.in. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
  • All sale items, swimwear, hair accessories, socks, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery via email at contact.sane.in@gmail.com


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


International
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for International orders. All international sales (countries outside of India) are considered finalAll International Orders could be subject to Taxes and Duties as per the country so please check with your country Customs and Taxes policy before placing the order. We are not responsible for the payment of any customs or taxes. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted from countries other than India. All International orders are final.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
